Surface irregularities may increase friction and wear, reduce fatigue limits, create excessive stress concentrations and produce unwanted build-ups of plating and paint. The way the machines pictured above work:
work flow is from right to left In-feed Part thickness is measured, and the brushes are positioned to the appropriate gap. We have built all sorts of in-feed conveyors so whether you would like conveyor belts, rollers, automated robots with suction cups feeding in the parts and/or sheets. Degrease The first chamber is degreasing section to get all the oils off of the large parts and/or sheets. The oils on the parts are results of previous operations. Deburr- Wide Face Rotary Brush (Top & Bottom) with Oscillation Before entering the brush section, the piece goes through a wash cycle and then enters the precision brush section. The brushes are accurately positioned for the task at hand. The process uses oscillation. The abrasive work is done by the optimized brush media. Dry After the brush section, we again send the piece through a rinse section and then drier section. |
